When ready to cook, set the Traeger to 375℉ and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
Place thighs and wings in a large bowl. Add the olive oil and Traeger Chicken rub and mix well. Cover bowl and refrigerate for 3 to 8 hours.
Place chicken directly on the grill grate and cook for 45 minutes. Check the internal temperature of the chicken, it is considered done at 165℉ however, a finished temperature of 175 to 180℉results in a better texture in dark meat.
Once the finished temperature is reached, remove chicken from the grill and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
